Hi, I'm Brian.

I believe a few things:

1. We don't have very long on this world to make an impact that will make the world a better place for future generations.

2. Entrepreneurs have a duty to make as big a positive impact as we can because we are in the best position to do so.

3. I will be satisfied with my work If I help a lot of entrepreneurs increase their impact.

2. A plan to follow.

3. Encouragement along the way.

​Some people are auditory learners and some people prefer audio because it makes the best use of their time.

​Red Beard Radio helps both types of entrepreneurs increase their impact.

Meet Jane, the primary avatar for Red Beard Radio.

Here's some facts about her:

-38, lives in the US, owns her home

-Married for 12 years, husband works a corporate job

-2 kids, 7 and 9

-Grossed $125,000 last year and thinks she can do $200,000 this year

-Her main problems are systems chaos, not having a smooth sales pipeline, difficulty batching work so her team can handle it

The Pillars are Message, Platform and Tribe.

Each ​Pillar has 3 Branches and 9 Aspects. Here's the format.

​Message is what you say.

​ Platform is how you say ​it.

​Tribe is who you say it to.

​An entrepreneur must succeed at all 3 Pillars to be successful, and most of the Branches, but can be ignoring some Aspects entirely and still be doing okay.

Use the Pillars, Branches, and Aspects to diagnose business issues and suggest resolutions.

The Impact Cycle is Inspire, Action, and Change.

​Inspire is when a person gets the desire to do something- "I saw your message and now I want to eat a salad for lunch."

Action is the first step- actually eating the salad.

Change is the long term effect of actions chosen again and again.

An entrepreneur must succeed at all 3 steps of the Impact Cycle to make their biggest impact.

​We'll have an hour to talk.

​In that time I'd like to do 2 separate episodes, each in the 15 to 25 minute range.

Ideally one will be more business focused and one will be more personal focused.

The business episode will relate directly to your primary offer. While you'll be teaching listeners something they can use to increase their impact, I also want to hear about the results your clients experience and why you are the best in the world at what you do. 20 minutes isn't a long time, so I'll be asking you "where can people learn more about your topic?"

The personal episode can be about anything related to your impact- how you decided what to do with your life, someone you admire, a struggle you overcame, your entrepreneurial journey.
